Exímese al Gobierno del Estado soberano del Cauca de la obligacion que le impuso el artículo 4.° del decreto de 20 de mayo de 1870, de dar habitacion a las monjas esclaustradas de los estinguidos conventos del Cármen i la Encarnacion de Popayan, en el edificio conocido con el nombre del Cármen i ubicado en la espresada ciudad, quedando, en consecuencia, derogado en la parte respectiva el artículo

4.° que se cita.
