Artículo segundo. Adiciónase la lista de artículos cuya importación requiere previa autorización de los Ministerios de Agricultura y Fomento, de que trata el artículo 7° del Decreto 0638 de 20 de marzo de 1951, en la siguiente forma: III-DE LOS MINISTERIOS DE AGRICULTURA Y FOMENTO Posición. Denominación. 83-k-2 Semillas de algodón.

Parágrafo

La semilla de algodón sólo podrá importarse con destino exclusivo para siembras.
