Retiro absoluto. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares serán retirados en forma absoluta del servicio, cuando sean declarados inválidos absolutos por la Sanidad Militar, de conformidad con el reglamento, sobre la materia, o cuando cumplieren sesenta y cinco (65) años los Oficiales y cincuenta y cinco (55) años los Suboficiales, edades estás en que cesa para ellos toda obligación militar.
