La misma Sala conoce en segunda instancia:

1º De los negocios civiles de que conocen en primera instancia los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial.

2º De los recursos de apelación y de las consultas de los autos dictados por funcionarios nacionales investidos de jurisdicción coactiva.

3º De los demás asuntos atribuidos a la Corte por leyes especiales en este grado de jurisdicción coactiva.
