Art. 78. El interrogatorio que el Juez presentara al Jurado en un pliego que debe agregarse al expediente, se formulara así:

El acusado N.N. es responsable de los hechos (aquí se determinara por el Juez el hecho ó hechos materia de la causa, conforme al auto de proceder, determinando las circunstancias que lo constituyan, sin darle denominación jurídica).
