Auditoría externa.La UNGRD contratará, mediante concurso público de méritos, una auditoría externa nacional o internacional con amplia experiencia para que ejerza la vigilancia concurrente de los recursos, bienes, actos y negocios jurídicos destinados a ejecutar el PAE del desastre por variabilidad climática, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44 de la Ley 1523 de 2012.
