Decrétase por cuenta de la Nación la construcción de la siguiente carretera, la cual se incorpora al Plan Vial Nacional: La que partiendo de la cabecera del Municipio de Sucre (Santander), por la depresión de la cordillera de Arcabuco y por un lugar intermedio de los caseríos de Sabanagrande y La Granja y por los sitios del Batán y La Floresta, vaya al río Minero en el lugar denominado el "Salto de los Mártires".
