El Gobierno Nacional incorporará en su presupuesto los recursos de que trata la presente Ley, de acuerdo con los programas que para tal efecto someta a su consideración el Gobierno Municipal de San Gil en los cuales deberá mostrarse un aporte local por lo menos equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del costo total de los mismos.
