El Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía Nacional tiene tres meses, contados a partir de la fecha de la promulgación de la presente ley, para traspasar a la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar y de Policía, las cesantías del personal de la Policía Nacional que viene administrando, igualmente deberá reducir su estructura administrativa de acuerdo con este mandato.
