º. Las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda no podrán hacer préstamos a las entidades oficiales, exceptuando los casos en que éstos tengan como finalidad primordial la construcción de vivienda y de su infraestructura asociada dentro del perímetro del proyecto de desarrollo habitacional.
