ARTICULO 2.4.1.1.1 .- NATURALEZA. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, creada por la Ley 57 de 1931, organizada por los Decretos 1754 y 1998 de mismo año, es una sociedad anónima de economía mixta, del orden nacional, perteneciente al sector agropecuario y vinculada al Ministerio de Agricultura.

Parágrafo

-- La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero tendrá una vigencia indefinida, salvo que haya una causa legal para su disolución y liquidación.
