º Las asignaciones fijadas en el presente Decreto corresponden a empleos de carácter permanente y de tiempo completo. Los empleos permanentes de tiempo parcial se remunerarán en forma proporcional al tiempo de trabajo, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 5º del presente Decreto.
