ARTICULO 4.2.0.13.- TOMA DE POSESION Y LIQUIDACION FORZOSA ADMINISTRATIVA. El procedimiento administrativo de toma de posesión de los bienes, haberes y negocios de una entidad vigilada por la Superintendencia de Valores se adelantará en lo pertinente conforme a las normas que establecen tales procedimientos para las entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria.
