ARTICULO 133. Clases de contratos. La vinculación de que trata el artículo anterior se efectuará mediante contratos de trabajo, a término fijo u ocasional o transitorio. Se entiende por contrato a término fijo aquel cuya duración no sea inferior a tres (3) meses ni superior a doce (12) meses, y podrá ser prorrogado por períodos sucesivos hasta de un (1) año, por necesidades del servicio. Se entiende por contrato ocasional o transitorio aquel cuya duración no exceda de tres (3) meses.
