Tanto el servidor, como las Autoridades Institucionales a quienes les sean requeridos documentos para mantener actualizado el Registro de que trata el artículo anterior, están obligados a proveerlos dentro de los plazos y condiciones que se estipulen. La demora o incumplimiento injustificado, dará lugar a la aplicación de sanciones de carácter disciplinario.
