Las Direcciones Técnicas y la Subdirección de Desarrollo Ambiental Sostenible, según sus competencias, tendrán a cargo la viabilización de los proyectos de inversión del Sistema General de Regalías, en los términos señalados en el artículo 26 de la Ley 1530 de 2012, o la norma que lo modifique, derogue o sustituya.
