Artículo quinto. La dirección, ejecución, supervisión e interventoría técnica en las obras de Empresas Públicas, cuya función requiera conocimientos de Ingeniería Química, serán encomendadas a Ingenieros Químicos que tengan la correspondiente matrícula de Ingeniero Químico concedida por el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Química.
