Procedimiento oficios. El reconocimiento de la asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones a que tienen derecho los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, será tramitado mediante el procedimiento de oficio por la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, con la obligación por parte del interesado do complementar la documentación con las pruebas que la Dirección General no está en condiciones de allegar.
