º. Ninguno de los fondos podrá tener más del diez por ciento (10%) de sus inversiones en acciones o bonos de una misma sociedad anónima. Las inversiones de un fondo no podrán representar más del diez por ciento (10%) del capital pagado de una misma sociedad, y en conjunto los fondos no podrán tener más del treinta por ciento (30%) del capital pagado de una misma sociedad.
