Control Posterior . La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá ejercer las facultades de fiscalización establecidas en el artículo 684 del Estatuto Tributario y demás normas concordantes, a fin de verificar que se cumplan las disposiciones del presente decreto y en general las obligaciones tributarias por parte de los contribuyentes sometidos al régimen tributario especial.
