º. La contribución de valorización de b que tratan la Ley 25 de 1921 y el Decreto 1694 de d 19G6, es aplicable a todas las obras que ejecute la Corporación. Corresponderá a las autoridades de la Corporación establecer, decretar, distribuir, ejecutar, liquidar y recaudar la contribución de valorización.
