No pueden presentarse a ningún concurso quienes hayan sido sancionados disciplinariamente, con suspensión del cargo de notario durante los dos años anteriores o con multa en el último año; o con las mismas sanciones y en iguales tiempos, en el ejercicio de la abogacía o de cargo judicial o del Ministerio Público; o excluido de la lista de auxiliares de la justicia, en cualquier tiempo y en éste último caso por razones de índole ética.
