El objeto de la Corporación será el desarrollo integral de los Valles del río Zulia y zonas adyacentes, de acuerdo con la delimitación definitiva, desarrollo integral que comprenderá aquellas obras tendientes a la deforestación, nivelación, irrigación, desecación y vialidad dentro de la zona. Asímismo, la Corporación podrá establecer entidades filiales de producción, distribución y consumo para el desarrollo económico de su objetivo.
