Los miembros de las Comisiones Redactoras de los Códigos no tendrán el carácter de funcionarios públicos, ni los emolumentos que por dichos trabajos se paguen serán incompatibles con los del Erario Público, siempre que el funcionario desempeñe sus funciones, en la comisión, sin perjuicio de las que le son propias.
