En los casos de empate en las votaciones, el Presidente de la Asamblea o la mayoría de los accionistas; o representantes de éstos, podrán solicitar de la misma apertura de un debate adicional. Si no lo solicitaren así, se entenderá que el empate equivale a la negación de lo que se discute. Cuando se trate de hacer nombramientos, o de fijar sueldos, conforme a las reglas generales decidirá la mayoría absoluta de votos.
