Los Comisionistas de transporte están en la obligación de presentar cada año a la revisión y aprobación del Gobierno las tarifas y reglamentos que adopten o quieran adoptar, lo mismo que si se tratara de empresas públicas de conducciones o transportes, y dichas tarifas y reglamentos no podrán regir sin tal aprobación.
