°. Modifíquese el artículo 4° del Decreto 1686 de 2012, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 4°. Requisito sanitario para la fabricación, elaboración, hidratación, envase, importación y exportación de bebidas alcohólicas . Las bebidas alcohólicas que se fabriquen dentro o fuera del territorio nacional y que se comercialicen en el país, deben cumplir con Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), de conformidad con lo señalado en el presente decreto.”
