Articulo 6º Explotación por terrenos . Lo cultivado por personas que no reconozcan como dueño al propietario no se tomara en cuenta para los efectos de demostrar explotación económica. Si el propietario niega que el tercero se hubiere establecido sin reconocer vinculo jurídico con él deberá probarlo.
