Se perderá el derecho a la condecoración por las siguientes circunstancias

Por efectuar actividades que vayan en detrimento de la Seguridad del señor Presidente de la República;

Por haber sido condenado a pena temporal aflictiva por jueces o tribunales ordinarios;

Por l a comisión de actos degradantes o repudiables que a juicio del Consejo haga al individuo indigno de pertenecer a una corporación de honor;

Por inexactitud comprobada de los hechos o elementos de juicio que sirvieron al Consejo para conferirla. CAPITULO VII. Fecha de la orden
