o . La educación no formal podrá ofrecer programas de formación, complementación, actualización o supletorios de duración variable, en los siguientes campos

Laboral.

Académico.

Preparación para la validación de niveles y grados propios de la educación formal.

Participación ciudadana y comunitaria. Los programas ofrecidos deberán tener la flexibilidad necesaria que permita su permanente adecuación a las necesidades nacionales, regionales y locales y a la competitividad.
