º. Las Compañías de Financiamiento Comercial deberán mantener en efectivo el uno por ciento (1%) de los recursos que capten y efectuar y mantener inversiones no inferiores al veinticinco por ciento (25%) de las mismas en los valores y a partir de la fecha que para el efecto señale la autoridad competente. Sobre los defectos de inversión, los infractores pagarán un interés del dos y medio por ciento (2 1/2%) mensual a favor del Tesoro Nacional, con sujeción a las liquidaciones mensuales que elabore el Superintendente Bancario.
