El Presidente de la República podrá poner en vigencia las medidas indicadas por el Revisor de que trata el artículo anterior, para lo cual se le inviste de facultades extraordinarias hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1944. Se exceptúan de esta autorización las medias que se refieran a la Contraloría General de la República, las cuales requerirán la aprobación del Congreso.
