° Las importaciones de productos incluidos en la Lista Nacional Colombiana y en Una listas de concesiones especiales otorgadas al Paraguay y al Ecuador , estarán exentas del depósito Previo de que trata el artículo 17 de la Ley 1 a de 1959, a excepción del extracto de quebracho, de la partida arancelaria Nabalalc 32.01.1.01, que continuará con el depósito previo vigente en la actualidad.
