º. Para que los damnificados por el incendio ocurrido en Chaparral, y de que trata la Ley 109 de 1946, tengan derecho al auxilio decretado, deberán presentar, dentro de los 60 días siguientes a la publicación de este Decreto en el Diario Oficial, su solicitud ante la Junta creada por el artículo 2º de la misma Ley, con expresión de la clase de daños que les fueron causados por el incendio, y del valor de éstos, acompañada de los documentos que se determinan en el presente Decreto.
