º . Comercialización de espacios . Por las estaciones del Servicio Comunitario de Radiodifusión Sonora podrá transmitirse propaganda, exceptuando la política, y darse crédito a los patrocinadores de programas o reconocer sus auspicios, siempre que no se trate de personas cuyas actividades o productos esté prohibido publicitar.

Parágrafo

Los anuncios publicitarios no podrán ocupar espacios superiores a quince (15) minutos por hora de transmisión.
