º De las normas técnicas . Las fundaciones y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro que prestan servicios de salud adoptarán las normas técnicas aplicables a las ingresos, costos, gastos, activos, pasivos, patrimonio y cuentas de orden, de acuerdo con los Decretos 2160 de 1986 y 2553 de 1987, teniendo en cuenta el objetivo propio de cada institución.
