Art. 21. El baño que un buque causare a otro, será indemnizado por el respectivo dueño escepto en los casos fortuitos, no estimándose por tales el mal manejo del timon, ni el impulso comunicado por la máquina de vapor, si el efecto de las corrientes ni otros semejantes.
