Ningún varón colombiano declarado apto y sin causa legal de exención, a quien por suerte corresponda prestar el servicio militar, puede eximirse de hacerlo; en consecuencia, no se aceptan reemplazos ni compensaciones pecuniarias de ninguna clase.
