º El servicio de transporte internacional puede ser regular o eventual. Es servicio regular, el que se presta con itinerarios, frecuencias y rutas internacionales previamente autorizados por el Instituto Nacional del Transnorte INTRA. Es servicio eventual u ocasional, el que se presta esporádicamente por transportadores autorizados para el servicio regular utilizando horarios y frecuencias autorizados previamente por el Instituto Nacional del Transporte, INTRA. Este servicio se presta primordialmente en favor de giras o grupos turísticos organizados o para el transporte de ciertas cargas que no utilizan regularmente la ruta por la cual transitan.
