La matrícula mercantil y la renovación no requerirá de presentación personal del respectivo formulario. Las cámaras de comercio aplicarán el artículo 36 del Código de Comercio y atenderán criterios objetivos y uniformes, en los casos en los que necesariamente se requiera probar sumariamente los datos suministrados en la petición de matrícula o renovación. Para efectos de la matrícula o su renovación, las cámaras de comercio no podrán solicitar requisitos que no estén previstos en la normativa vigente.
