Toma de posesión. El Director de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor podrá ordenar, mediante resolución motivada, la toma de posesión de una sociedad de gestión colectiva o de una entidad recaudadora cuando se configure una o varias de las causales descritas en el artículo 31 de la Ley 1493 de 2011.

Parágrafo

Las disposiciones del presente capítulo se aplicarán en lo pertinente a las entidades recaudadoras.
