º El artículo 9º del Decreto 1853 de 1985, quedará así: CONMINACION. La conminación consiste en el compromiso por el cual el procesado se somete a cumplir las obligaciones que le imponga el Juez al resolverle la situación jurídica. Sólo procede para delitos sancionados con arresto o pena no privativa de la libertad.
