Antes del 30 de enero de 1977, cada Establecimiento Público Nacional presentará para su aprobación al Ministerio de hacienda y Crédito Público –Dirección General del Presupuesto- previamente aprobado por la Junta o Consejo Directivo del Presupuesto de Ingreso y Gastos, distribuido en numerales para ingresos, objeto del gasto para funcionamiento y por proyectos específicos para inversión, en los formularios previstos según las instrucciones impartidas por la Dirección General del Presupuesto.
