Los dineros que recauden o perciban los organismos y entidades a que se refiere el artículo 4o de la presente ley, por concepto de bienes, prestación de se4rvicios ordinarios y extraordinarios propios de sus funciones y los que reciban los Fondos Especiales, deben incorporarse en el Presupuesto General de la Nación.
