El lugar de detención para los individuos de tropa será la sala de su Compañía. Para los Oficiales inferiores y empleados militares, la guardia de prevención u otra dependencia del cuartel o aloja miento, y para los demás Oficiales, el cuartel, la oficina del Comando u otra en que el detenido pueda estar con decencia y con la debida seguridad.
