El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación, deroga los artículos 2.1.11.12, 2.3.1.2, 2.3.1.3, 2.3.1.9, 2.3.1.10, 2.3.1.11, 2.3.1.12, 2.3.1.13, 2.3.1.14, 2.3.1.17, 2.3.1.18, 2.3.1.19, 2.5.2.1.1.3 y los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 2.5.2.1.1.8, y sustituye el Capítulo 3 del Título 2 de la Parte 5 del Libro 2, del Decreto número 780 de 2016, Único Reglamentario del Sector Salud y Protección Social.
