ARTICULO 29. Dentro del término de un mes contado a partir de la fecha en que se suscriba la última acta, un funcionario designado para el efecto por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público adelantará todas las actividades de índole contable, financiera, fiscal y presupuestal conducentes a la liquidación final de la Superintendencia de Cambios.
