Artículo primero. Los Ingenieros - Jefes, Ingenieros - Ayudantes, Cajeros - Pagadores, Cajeros - Auxiliares, Almacenistas Generales y Subalmacenistas de las Zonas de carreteras Nacionales, dependientes del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, tienen derecho únicamente al valor equivalente a diez (10) días de viáticos en cada mes, cualquiera que sea el tiempo que se ausenten del lugar de su residencia dentro de la zona correspondiente.
