Publicidad. Cuando, a juicio de las autoridades, las decisiones afecten en forma directa e inmediata a terceros que no hayan intervenido en la actuación, ordenarán publicar la parte resolutiva, por una vez, en el Diario Oficial , o en el medio oficialmente destinado para estos efectos, o en un periódico de amplia circulación en el territorio donde sea competente quien expidió las decisiones.
