ADULTERACION DE DOCUMENTOS O CERTIFICADOS. El asegurado o empleador que adultere o falsifique un certificado médico, fórmula médica, certificado de incapacidad, o, registros, análisis, materiales o muestras para análisis relacionados con Salud Ocupacional, u otro documento diferente al aviso de ingreso del afiliado, con el objeto de obtener en su favor o de un tercero beneficio alguno del ISS, será sancionado con una multa de uno (1) a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales, sin exceder de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000), sin perjuicio de las acciones penales y civiles a que hubiere lugar.
